Rebecca Summers

Director and Principal Psychologist

Rebecca Summers is a Registered Psychologist and Member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS). Rebecca is the founder and Principal Senior Psychologist of Camden Child and Family Therapies. She has been providing psychological assistance to children and their families since 1998 acquiring a wealth of experience in this industry (over 25 years).  Her qualifications include Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and Master of Arts (Child & Adolescent Psychology).

Being a mother of three also has aided in her understanding of the challenges parents and children can face. Rebecca has been working privately assisting children and adolescents since 2008. Her private practice journey commenced working within a Paediatric practice before extending to her own clinic.

Working across health, community and disability government departments Rebecca has additionally obtained experience in treating a range of emotional, behavioural and developmental difficulties.

Rebecca also has significant experience in administering psychometric assessment to assist in determining the presence of underlying neurodevelopmental conditions such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Specific Learning Disorders (e.g. dyslexia), Autism Spectrum Disorders and Intellectual Disability.

Youliana Zaya

Registered Psychologist

  • Youliana Zaya is a Registered Psychologist. Her qualifications include Bachelor of Science (Psychology) and Graduate Diploma of Psychology. Her work with children, adolescents and their parents focuses on looking for strengths and resilience.

    She enjoys working with children, adolescents and their families to support them in achieving their goals. Youliana has experience providing psychology services across a range of settings including schools, in private practice, as well as with NGOs as part of a multidisciplinary team.

    Youliana enjoys working with children and adolescents with various presentations, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioural and social issues, and school stress. She is also experienced in administering psychological assessments, including IQ testing, academic testing, adaptive behaviour tests and tests of attention.

Tanu Sharma

Registered Psychologist

  • Tanu has significant experience working with children, teens, and their families with a variety of presentations including Autism, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Her qualifications include Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and Master of Arts (Psychology).

    Tanu is passionate about enhancing the lives of children and the broader community through the provision of wholistic, effective, evidence-based treatment and genuine care and empathy.

Petra Mamic

Provisional Psychologist

  • Petra Mamic is a Provisional Psychologist. Her qualifications include Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology), Bachelor of Psychological Studies (Honors) and Master of Professional Psychology.

    She comes to Camden Child and Family Therapies with experience working with children, young adults, and adults with various presentations, including anxiety, depression, behavioural and emotional difficulties, stress, and relationship difficulties.

    Petra is trained in a variety of evidence-based approaches and interventions to provide support to children, adolescents, and families. She provides a warm and non-judgmental environment where she balances empathy and firmness to help people overcome their challenges.

Kate Cobb

Practice Manager

  • Kate is our Practice Manager. She has a significant amount of experience in managing administrative procedures and is an asset to the front desk management. Taking appointments, answering enquires, changing bookings, managing referrals and paperwork are part of her duties.

    Her welcoming, kind and warm nature also helps to create a friendly environment for our clients seeking assistance. Kate is more than happy to assist you in orienting you to our service, and would be happy to answer any enquiries you may have.
